Pancit Bihon With Sardines Recipe


1 lb pancit bihon (Grain Noodles)

½ lb. pork, reduce small thin slices

½ lb. chicken, cooked, deboned, and reduce thin slices

⅛ lb. pea pods or snow pea

1 cup carrot

½ small cabbage, chopped

1 cup celery leaves, chopped finely

1 medium-sized onion, chopped

½ tablespoons of garlic clove, minced

1 pc chicken cube

5 tablespoons of soy sauce

three or four cups water


Inside a large pot, Saute the garlic clove and onion

Add some pork and chicken then let prepare for just two minutes

Add some chicken cube and water then simmer for fifteen minutes

Make the carrots, pea pod, cabbage, and celery leaves and simmer for any couple of minutes

Remove all of the ingredients who are holding cards aside from the liquid and hang them aside

Who are holding cards using the liquid in, add some soy sauce and blend well

Add some pancit bihon (ensures to first soak it in water for around ten minutes) and blend well. Prepare until liquid evaporates completely

Put-within the vegetables and meat which were formerly cooked and simmer for just a few minutes

Serve hot. Share and revel in!
