Easy Skinless Lucban Longganisa Recipe
1 kg ground pork
1 head garlic, cloves separated and minced
1 tbsp dried oregano
2 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp rock salt
1 tbsp ground black pepper
1/2 cup cane vinegar
HOW TO COOK:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Form mixture into a log, about 3 inches long.
Place on a piece of wax paper and roll tightly.
Repeat to make 30 pieces.
Freeze until ready to use or cook now.
To cook, thaw longganisa completely.
Pan-fry until browned.
Serve immediately with garlic rice and fried eggs. Enjoy!
