Easy Banana Muffin Recipe



INGREDIENTS:
  • 3 pcs large ripe bananas

  • 1 & ⅓ cup all- purpose flour, sifted

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 5 tbsp butter, melted

  • 1 pc egg

  • 12 tbsp granulated white sugar

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

HOW TO MAKE:
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F or 175 C.

  2. In a bowl, mash the bananas then set aside.

  3. In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and baking soda.

  4. Mix together using a wire whisk then set aside.

  5. In another large bowl, combine the mashed bananas, butter, egg, vanilla extract, and granulated white sugar then mix well.

  6. Fold- in the mixture of dry ingredient to the large mixing bowl.

  7. Continue this step until the texture becomes smooth.

  8. Arrange regular sized paper cups in the muffin pan.

  9. Scoop the mixture in each paper cup.

  10. Do not fill the cup as it will overflow.

  11. Bake in the oven for 13 to 16 minutes.

  12. Remove from the oven and let cool by placing in a wire rack. Enjoy!
