Buttered Tahong (Mussels) Recipe
1/2 kg tahong (mussels) 70g butter 1 medium onion, chopped 4 cloves garlic, minced 1 tsp ground black pepper
Preheat a pan in medium fire.Drop the butter on the pan and let it melt.Add the garlic and sauté until light brown.Add the onion and ground black pepper. Sauté for 1 minute.Add the mussels. Stir and cook until the shells are open.Serve and enjoy your buttered tahong!
