Beef Tapa Recipe
1 kg lean beef, thinly sliced
1 tsp ground black pepper
6 cloves garlic, crushed
1/3 cup vinegar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar (optional)
In a mixing bowl, combine pepper, garlic, vinegar, salt, and sugar. Mix well.
Coat evenly each piece of meat with the marinade.
In a plastic container with a cover, pile beef pieces one on top of the other. Cover and keep refrigerated overnight.
Heat cooking oil in a wok at high heat, fry marinated beef in batches until color changes to brown and edges start to caramelize.
Serve while hot along with fried rice, egg, and tomatoes. Enjoy your beef tapa!
