Coffee Jelly Recipe

Ingredients
1 sachet clear gelatin powder, unflavored
500 ml water
1 tbsp instant coffee powder
¼ cup sugar
1 pack all-purpose cream (250ml)
1 pack condensed milk (250ml)
Instructions
In a pot or a deep pan, turn on heat then dissolve the gelatin powder in water. Stir continuously.
Bring to a boil then add the sugar. Stir continuously until dissolved.
Turn off heat. Add the coffee powder then stir well.
Transfer the gelatin mixture in a wide but shallow container. Spread about 1 inch thick. Set aside.
When the gelatin sets, cut into cubes.
Blend the all-purpose cream and condensed milk in a separate container. Pour the mixture to the gelatin cubes then refrigerate.
Serve chilled.
