Easy Pumpkin Yema Balls Recipe
1/2 can pumpkin puree
1 can condensed milk
3 whole eggs
1 tbsp plain flour
A pinch of salt
HOW TO MAKE:
In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients.
Mix thoroughly until well distributed.
Cook in a double boiler.
Continue stirring for 25 minutes or until the mixture thickens.
Remove from heat and allow to cool (you may refrigerate overnight).
Divide and roll the mixture into small balls.
Sprinkle white sugar to lightly coat the yema balls.
Serve now or wrap in cellophane for later. Enjoy!
