HOW TO MAKE:
Cut the salted eggs into wedgesPlace them in the serving plateSprinkle with sliced Cucumber, shallots, chillies and coriander leavesSqueeze the Lime over the saladGarnish with Lime wedges, and serve with rice porridgeBest Serve with rice and Tapa or Tocino.
